“What a marvelous Christ-centered ministry!
Lifeline of Hope currently brings aid and assistance to 20,000 homeless children in 11 countries. Unlike so many religious aid programs, Lifeline of Hope can immediately bring hope to children without all the administrative red tape. All congregations can participate and generous support is much needed. Let’s reach out to millions of homeless. Remember, it’s “pure religion!” I am happy to support such a Godly effort.”

Charles Brazell: Center for Christian Education, Irving Texas - “We not only recommend this work but will do all we can to help promote this great benevolent mission to the children.”
Jerry Lamb: Advertising Manager for Christian Chronicle - “God bless the work you are doing.”
Jerry Sisemore: Director of Barnaul School of Preaching, Barnaul, Siberia - “It would take 25 full time missionaries, in Russia, to accomplish the same amount of influence that this work is doing.” Dr. Cline Paden: Chancellor of Sunset International Bible Institute, Lubbock, TX - “This is a wonderful work and I believe the Churches of Christ should be helping the orphans.”
Dr. Andre Sklyarov: Dean of Barnaul School of Preaching, Barnaul, Siberia and Professor of Engineering at the Altai Tech School, Barnaul, Siberia - “This great work is helping to spread the gospel and showing the love of God to these children. God bless this work and the good it is accomplishing!”
Larry Bertram: Preacher for the Richfield Church of Christ, Richfield, MN - “I wanted to let you know about Lifeline of Hope because it is a wonderful work of compassion and love that is currently assisting over 50 Russian orphanages. Our congregation has become involved within the past year and we have been positively blessed. We were introduced to Lifeline by Dr. Jim Miller from Kalispell, Montana, who visited us last summer and presented a challenge to our congregation that we couldn’t refuse. Our hearts went out to the desperate needs of Russian orphans, and when we learned that $10 a month will take care of an orphan child, we committed ourselves to completely supporting the Naihin orphanage in Khabarovsk, Far East Russia. The orphanage is home to 140 children. I have seen a wonderful outpouring of love from within our congregation and our members are excited about the opportunity we have been given to help the poor and needy. We didn’t know where the funds would come from, but God saw our faith and He provided. It’s amazing but we have actually seen our weekly offering increase substantially over and above what we are giving to Lifeline. Recently six Russian families, who are new immigrants to the United States, joined our congregation. I am convinced that God sent them our way because we got involved in the orphanage ministry. Now we are actively pursuing an outreach to the many Russian families in the Twin Cities area.” **Note - Larry has since retired from preaching and currently works ofr Orphan's Lifeline spreading the word about the orphan crisis.
"I commend the staff of Lifeline of Hope for their tireless dedication to the care for the orphans of the world. Through their grassroots efforts, they have created HOPE for the children, FAITH in the sponsors and LOVE for the world. Since their inception, they have expanded the opportunities for support and increased services to the most needy
populations across the globe. We proudly provide our support from the Last Frontier and hope other churches and faithful individuals see the vision Lifeline of Hope has created for the next generation. James, the brother of our Lord wrote, “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans…” James 1:27a. In the past the Park Rapids church participated in Lifeline of Hope’s Orphan Sunday (a special Sunday set aside for a special contribution for the orphans of the world). And nearly two years ago the Park Rapids church of Christ “adopted” the Learning Estate Orphan Home in Andhra Pradesh, India. God only knows the difference our help for these orphan children in India will make in each of their lives, for generations of their families and into eternity.
Please check out the Lifeline of Hope ministry and consider fellowshipping with them in this pure, faultless and acceptable religion. The 41st St. congregation in Sioux Falls, SD has had a wonderful experience partnering with Lifeline of Hope in helping orphans and fulfilling the pure and undefiled religion of James 1:27. Our body had the opportunity to not only take care of two orphanages in India, but to also supply each orphan with a Bible in their own native language. Just think how an orphan feels about possessing their own Bible, and how that may continue to influence people for many years to come. Without the connection to Lifeline, I don’t think we would have been able to make these opportunities of service a reality as we serve our Lord Christ and these orphans. We also have individual members that personally support the work, and we not only appreciate the love and zeal Lifeline has for orphans, but we also appreciate their dedication to keeping costs low and efficient so more money can go to those in need. I would strongly encourage everyone to pray and consider joining this great effort to make a difference in the lives of children who are in desperate need and want. God bless your decision. David Cutshall, elder at the 41st church of Christ in Sioux Falls, SD ********************************************************************************************************
As a former missionary in Russia, I saw firsthand the work LOH was doing in both Tomsk and Barnaul. I was impressed with their willingness to help and also with the efficiency of their organization. They work together with people in the local church to both ensure that the needs of the orphans are met and that there is continual accountability and support for on-going relationships between the orphanages and the church. I heartily recommend their work and consider it worthy of support. "Our God is a God of compassion, of love, and of rescue, especially for the poor, and for orphans and widows. The church as a whole sometimes loses sight of our God given responsibilities as His ambassadors and agents in this world today. The good folks at Lifeline of Hope are doing a great job of leading us back to our roots, to pure religion as James defined it - remembering the widows and orphans in their affliction." What a wonderful way to carry out God's Word in action, as we are instructed to do in James 1:27. Life Line of Hope provides the avenue to reach orphans, at an important time in their lives, that could introduce them to God and His soul saving Son.
